At Norumi, every order is prepared with care and shipped to the address provided during checkout. We want your cat’s essentials to arrive safely, calmly, and as smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days before shipment. During busy periods, product launches, holidays, high demand, supplier delays, or product availability changes, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email if available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, product availability, supplier processing, and local carrier handling.

Poland
Most orders arrive within 7–17 calendar days.

European Union
Most orders arrive within 8–21 calendar days, depending on the destination country, product availability, and local carrier handling.

At checkout, delivery estimates may be shown in business days. In this Shipping Policy, we describe our estimated delivery windows in calendar days to make the timing easier to understand.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen because of carrier handling, local postal services, holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect delivery information, product availability, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Poland
Standard Shipping: 9.99 PLN
Free shipping may be available for orders over the minimum order value shown at checkout.

European Union
Standard Europe Shipping: from €4.95 or the equivalent amount in your local currency, depending on your market settings and destination country.

Shipping costs and available shipping methods may vary depending on your country, order value, selected market, currency, and current store settings.

The total cost of your order, including product price and available shipping charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Poland and selected European Union countries.

If your country does not appear as an available shipping destination during checkout, this means that we do not currently offer delivery to that location.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to you by email after your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment. Carrier tracking systems may take a few days to update, especially during the first stage of transport.

If your tracking link does not update immediately, this does not always mean that your package is not moving.

Multiple Items in One Order

Some orders may contain products shipped separately, especially when items come from different fulfillment locations or are prepared at different times.

If your order arrives in more than one package, you will not be charged extra shipping unless clearly stated at checkout.

Fulfillment Partners

Some Norumi orders may be prepared and shipped directly by our trusted fulfillment partners.

This helps us offer carefully selected products without holding every item in our own warehouse. Regardless of where the package is prepared, your order is still placed with Norumi, and we remain your point of contact for order questions, delivery support, returns, and customer care.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

Please carefully check your:

street address,
apartment or house number,
postal code,
city,
country,
phone number,
and email address.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package, Norumi may not be able to issue a full refund.

Additional shipping or handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Delayed Orders

We understand how exciting it is to wait for something chosen for your cat and your home.

We will review the tracking information and do our best to help investigate the issue.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with:

your local postal carrier,
your neighbors,
your building reception,
your parcel locker or pickup point,
and any safe delivery location near your address.

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us at hello.norumi@gmail.com and we will review the situation.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is refused, not collected, returned, or marked as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, failed delivery attempt, or customer refusal, we may deduct shipping costs and handling fees from any eligible refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an issue with your shipping information.

Customs, Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

Prices, taxes, and shipping costs shown during checkout will be displayed before you complete your order.

For international shipments, customs procedures or local import processing may apply depending on the destination country and carrier handling.

If any unexpected customs, duties, taxes, or import-related charges are requested by a carrier or local authority, please contact us at hello.norumi@gmail.com before paying whenever possible, so we can review the situation and help you understand the next steps.

Norumi is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, import processing, local postal services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has already been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
